Samuel A. Persaud Esq.
Samuel A. Persaud graduated with high honors and received his B.A. in Accounting from Florida International University in 1987. He then attended the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude in 1991. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1991, was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992, and was admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida in 1993. Mr. Persaud has served as the senior accountant with a public accounting firm and practices in the areas of: Commercial Litigation; Community Association Law; Creditor’s Rights Law; Real Estate; and Estate Planning. Mr. Persaud has written numerous articles and contributed to several Community Association newsletters and publications. Mr. Persaud is a member of the Dade County Bar Association and the Coral Gables Bar Association. Mr. Persaud is also the past President of the Ocean Reef Chamber of Commerce.
